After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
If you cannot find it:

- Make sure your email address was entered correctly
If you still have not received it, contact us by email or WhatsApp with another email address and we will resend it.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check its status.
It is completely normal for the tracking information not to update immediately.
In many cases, the status can take between 5 and 7 days to update correctly, especially while the parcel is moving between logistics centres or countries.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you will need to wait until it arrives and then request an exchange or return, provided the product is not personalised.

Yes, we offer free personalisation on many compatible products, depending on the options shown on each product page.
- Adult football shirts and kids’ football kits: may allow name, number, patch or extra patch depending on the product.
- Player shirts: may allow personalisation when available for that model.
- Tracksuits: generally cannot be personalised unless the product page states otherwise.
The available options are always shown on the product page before adding the item to your basket.

If you made a mistake when entering a name, choosing a number, selecting a patch or adding any personalisation details, contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp.
If the order has not yet started preparation at the factory, we can usually amend it without any issue. The sooner you tell us, the more chance we have to correct it.

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days, counted from Monday to Friday.
This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by external factors outside our control, such as high demand, logistics incidents or delays from the courier companies.
As delivery is managed by external logistics providers, occasional delays may occur.
Do you deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Yes, we deliver to these areas, but:
- The delivery time may extend up to 30 days
- The same delivery times as mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands do not apply
- The buyer’s ID number (DNI) is required for delivery

When placing an order, the customer is fully responsible for entering all delivery details correctly,
including the exact address, postcode, city, country and any additional information required for the order to be delivered correctly.
If the customer enters an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address and the parcel cannot be delivered or is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs caused by the error.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to correct it.

The courier company will make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided.
If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to sender.
If you want the order to be sent again, an additional reshipping cost must be paid.
How does 24/72h fast delivery work?

24/72h fast delivery is only available on products whose title includes (Delivery in 24-72 hours). These are in-stock products, without personalisation, prepared to be dispatched faster within mainland Spain. The timeframe is counted in working days, so Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included. You can see all available items in the 24h delivery section.

Sizes are indicative and may vary slightly from standard sizing.
Due to the manufacturing process, there may be a variation of up to ±3 cm.
You can check the size guide on each product page, just below the “Add to basket” button.

Yes, but only for NON-personalised products.
Conditions:
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- The customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to notify us of the exchange request
- After this period, the exchange cannot be processed
The product must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with its original packaging.

Yes, returns are accepted for non-personalised products, provided they are in perfect condition.
The customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to notify us of the return request.
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be in perfect condition
- Show no signs of use, washing or damage
- Be returned with its original packaging and labels, where applicable
Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched or has not progressed too far in preparation.
If you notice an error in the address, contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. If we are still in time, we will try to correct it so the order reaches the right address.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery details.

No. Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The customer has 14 calendar days from receiving the order to report any issue.
After this period, we will not be able to process the incident.
