Refund policy
1.- PRODUCT RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The user may exercise their right of withdrawal for products purchased from Camisetas de Futbol.net within fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product by sending an email to atencionalcliente@camisetasdefutbol.net.
For exchanges, the period is three to five calendar days and the customer must contact Camisetas de Futbol.net to arrange it.
Products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used and must keep their original labels, packaging and, where applicable, original documentation and accessories, also in perfect condition.
If a product is returned without its original packaging, Camisetas de Futbol.net reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if it considers that the product has suffered a loss in value.
Returns or exchanges of personalised products will not be accepted when they have been made, adapted or customised according to the customer’s instructions, including products with a name, number or patch, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.
Camisetas de Futbol.net will only accept returns within the European Union. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Camisetas de Futbol.net reserves the right to refuse a return where the provisions of these specific terms and conditions have been breached.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND BE ISSUED DUE TO A DELIVERY DELAY. Camisetas de Futbol.net uses third-party delivery services and cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed.
HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
To return a product, the customer must send an email to atencionalcliente@camisetasdefutbol.net within fourteen days of receiving the order, stating the affected order number and the product or products to be returned.
Camisetas de Futbol.net will then contact the customer to explain how to make the return and the shipping costs that must be paid by the customer.
Once the buyer’s withdrawal request has been received and the returned goods are in our possession, Camisetas de Futbol.net will inspect the products received and then process the refund where applicable.
The refund of the amount paid for the returned product will be made as soon as possible for online purchases, within fifteen days of delivery of the order, always subject to these specific terms and conditions.
2.- PRODUCT RETURNS – MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND/OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE:
The buyer may return products received in poor condition, whether due to a manufacturing fault or defect, provided that the defects have not been caused by improper handling or use by the user, or products that have been damaged during transport.
If a damaged product is received, the claim must be made as soon as possible and must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order so that it can be covered by the transport insurance.
Camisetas de Futbol.net reserves the right to refuse a return where the provisions of these specific terms and conditions have been breached.
3.- HOW TO MAKE RETURNS:
To return a product with a manufacturing defect, the customer must send an email to atencionalcliente@camisetasdefutbol.net stating the affected order number, the product or products to be returned and a detailed description of the defects found.
Camisetas de Futbol.net will then contact the customer to explain how to make the return and the shipping costs that must be paid by the customer. Except for the defect or fault identified, each product to be returned must be unused and must include all labels, packaging and, where applicable, original documentation and accessories supplied with it.
If a product is returned without its original packaging, Camisetas de Futbol.net reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if it considers that the product has suffered a loss in value.
Once the returned goods are in our possession, Camisetas de Futbol.net will inspect the products received.
Once the manufacturing defect has been verified and provided that the conditions above have been met, Camisetas de Futbol.net will arrange with the relevant manufacturer or distributor for the product to be replaced with another product of identical characteristics.
If replacement is not possible, Camisetas de Futbol.net will inform the user and refund the amount corresponding to the purchase of the product.
In that case, the refund of the amounts paid for the returned product will be made as soon as possible and always subject to these specific terms and conditions.
If products are received in poor condition due to transport and replacement is not possible, Camisetas de Futbol.net will refund the corresponding amount to the user as soon as possible.
