1.- INTRODUCTION
These specific terms and conditions for the online store operated by Camisetas de Futbol.net are provided as pre-contractual information before the purchase process and complement the general terms and conditions governing use of the website. If the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address for any reason beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for the order, delays, returns, failed deliveries or the customer not receiving the parcel. Before completing the purchase, the customer is fully responsible for checking and confirming that all delivery details are correct.
If, after placing the order, the customer notices that the address provided is incorrect, they must contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to change the address. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make changes or accept responsibility for the delivery.
3.- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

If, for any reason, it is not possible to supply any of the products included in an order, Camisetas de Futbol.net will contact the user as soon as possible to inform them and will refund the amount paid for that product. The period for notifying a lack of conformity will be the legal period, which at present is two months from the date on which the customer became aware of it.

- sending, using or reusing any unlawful, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening material, or any material that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, including copyright and trade marks, or confidentiality, privacy or any other right, or is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising, chain letters, mass mailings or any other type of spam;
- causing any unnecessary annoyance or inconvenience.
6.- ACCESS AND TERMS OF USE:
When you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password, and for restricting access to your computer in order to prevent unauthorised use of your account.
Camisetas de Futbol.net reserves the right to refuse any attempt to access the website, cancel accounts, remove or modify content, or cancel orders if you breach applicable law, these General Terms and Conditions, any Specific Terms and Conditions or any other terms, conditions or policies.
